* We encourage our participants to register during the early bird registration period (which is from the registration open to July 1, 2020) in order to secure the greatest discount.
* Don't forget at least one author per accepted submission should register before the deadlines of camera-ready submission (NOT the early bird registration deadline).
Material Submission Deadline
June 1, 2020 – Final camera-ready deadline for full papers, short papers
June 15, 2020 – Final camera-ready deadline for panels, posters & demonstrations and practitioners
All dates are on Hawaii-Aleutian Standard Time (Hawaii is GMT/UTC -10h Standard Time).
* Please make sure to submit camera-ready material before submission deadline.
* For authors with multiple accepted participations in any track, one registration is valid for up to 2 participations which he/she is an author or co-author AND presenter of and includes participations for the technical program.

Cancellation notices up to July 11, 2020 will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee;
