Prospective attendees of JCDL 2020 are advised to check if they need an entry visa to visit China. Visa requirements could be found at:https://www.visaforchina.org/ or from the website of the Chinese embassy at your country.

If a formal invitation letter is needed, please contact  jcdl2020_whu@126.com after your conference registration and payment. for making your invitation letter, please send an email with the subject line as “invitation letter request” + your name, and provide the following information

• Full name (as it appears on your passport)
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Organization
• Date of entry
• Date of exit
• Passport number
• Passport issue date
• Address
• Your registration confirmation number (if possible)
• If you are the author of any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title.
• If you are a speaker, please provide the title/topic of your speech.

Those requesting a letter should allow up to 2 working days to receive it, as requests are handled in the order they are received.
